| What is the accuracy of DNA test results? I have been told that it is usually in the range of 99.98% but I wonder whether this means that a test result may be wrong in more cases than people believe to be possible. I mean, if I take a paternity test and the results says that I'm the father of the baby while I'm not, I would be pretty pissed. Given that more and more paternity tests are being carried out I feel that a question about the accuracy of paternity tests is a legitimate one. |
