| I am about to get separated from my husband whom I do not think is my child’s actual father. The divorce is in progress. As we were legally married at the time of birth of my child I had to put my husband’s name on the birth certificate. My current fiancée wants his name to be put in the father’s column of the birth certificate. I would like to get his wish fulfilled without going through the hassles of the DNA test. I am not very sure that my fiancé is the father though I am certain that it is not my husband. Can I get it done without doing the Paternity test? Please help. |
Anonymous CommenterThanks for your query. I think that you will have to get the permission of your present spouse whose name is in the birth records to have the nen father’s name on the records. I am not very familiar with the laws regarding this in each state. You will have to consult a lawyer to get information of your choices. In case they tell you that a DNA test will be required, we can propose to you two kinds of DNA tests. A home paternity test done for your own reasons will cost a few hundred dollars while a legal DNA will cost a little more. It will come to approximately 400 dollars with an extra cost of 30 to 50 dollars per person on whom the test is done.
Anonymous CommenterYou are sure one filthy cheap whore. What idiot would marrya pig like you?
Anonymous CommenterDear anonymous commenter, I write this if for no other reason than to dull the offense of this woman. YOU ARE A MORON FOR SUGGESTING YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO SAY A DAMN THING ABOUT IT!! Do you know her life circumstances? No you do not. What good loving person would marry someone who would make an ignorant comment like that? Shows how truely stupid you are. Elch...YOU are the disgusting pig.
