| I would like to ask regarding the rights of person who has had an unwanted child. an unmarried couple had a relation and it resulted in pregnancy. The man asked the woman to get the baby aborted but the woman wouldn’t agree to this and delivers the baby at the right time. Now my question is that can this baby girl after she grows up, approach the man for child support? What are the man’s rights and what are the girl’s rights? |
