| How long does a paternity test take to show up the results? I got married to my husband in the year 2004 in the month of November. My husband’s ex girlfriend gave birth to a child in the year 2005 in the month of October. She says that my husband is the biological father of the child . so he had to approach the court and a paternity test was conducted on 21st of February. It has been over 30 days now . could you tell me how long will it normally take to find the results? Am I right in saying that if the test reveals him to be the true father of the child, then have had relations in the year 2004 ,may be in the month of January? |

Since it has been over 30 days, you might want to contact the company that has done this test through the court. You are right in saying that if the test shows that your husband is the biological father of the child then they might have had relation during the month of January 2004.
